The Problem to solve
After successfully launching Netwealth's online platform, we were tasked with creating an app experience that helped clients see the 'full picture' regarding their wealth.
Working closely with the business we developed an app that collated all the customer's assets into one place, bringing account balances, housing assets and stocks together. This brought clarity to Netwealth's customers, allowing them to easily understand their financial position.
Through intuitive and detailed graphing features customers were able to see the growth and change in their wealth in real time. Additionally, with aggregated statements, customers could see transactions across all asset classes in a single place.

Accelerating with Google Design Sprints
To quickly build trust and knowledge with Netwealth, we ran a GV Design sprint over a week with over 15 staff.
Throughout the week we were able to extract ideas, test assumptions and build a shared vision for the app. The week culminated with us building several interactive prototypes that were validated with customers.
Through this process, we were able to get a head start on the app vision and ensure our concepts were synchronised with Netwealth's goals.
